- 3-5 days of sweating and strengthening a week will get you the results you want.

"1ON1"- 1 session = $50
8 sessions = $45 each

If you are not quite sure what they are; we can figure that out together.
I assess your body by taking weight and measurements, noting your body type, and taking your health history into account, we figure out what is best for you.
Then I make sure each session is safe and effective.
