Welcome! At Nascafitness Garage Studio you get an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, with over 11 years of experience and continuing education.
I am here to help you with your fitness goals. If you are not quite sure what they are; we can figure that out together. I assess your body by taking weight and measurements, noting your body type, and taking your health history into account, we figure out what is best for you. Then I make sure each session is safe and effective.

  • This is for all body types. For all ages. For all fitness levels. 
  • With INSPIRATION, motivation, and perspiration you can get the body and spirit you want.
  • It’s not just about the body. It’s about how you think, how you feel, and what you put into your body.
But the fun part is working together on a weekly basis. We are kinda silly here, we don’t take our selves too seriously, but we play hard, we work hard, & we sweat! By we, I mean you. Lol I use a combination of basic strength training technique, Yoga, Pilates, Martial arts, and functional fitness. I believe strongly in core work.

My current program is called “H2” (Hybrid timed work out). 
A session is from 30-60 min.
H2 is a combo of: HIT (high insity interval training), plyo-metrics, strength training, funtional fitness, core and Yoga together into 10 specific timed workouts. 
My current clients love this mix-up of training. They love to see their progress through the H2 program. 

 *Though, some work as a group, I always modify for each individual. 

  • There are NO QUICK fixes.
  • Consistency is key; along with DEDICATION, and determination. 

Summer RATES:
"1ON1"- 1 session = $40
8 sessions = $35 each
or
8 "BUDDY" sessions = $80
