Welcome! At Nascafitness Garage Studio you get an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, with over 11 years of experience and continuing education.
I am here to help you with your fitness goals. If you are not quite sure what they are; we can figure that out together. I assess your body by taking weight and measurements, noting your body type, and taking your health history into account, we figure out what is best for you. Then I make sure each session is safe and effective.

My current program is called “H2” (Hybrid timed work out).
A session is from 30-60 min.
H2 is a combo of: HIT (high insity interval training), plyo-metrics, strength training, funtional fitness, core and Yoga together into 10 specific timed workouts.
My current clients love this mix-up of training. They love to see their progress through the H2 program.
*Though, some work as a group, I always modify for each individual.
